Refund policy

Every Moon Wild piece is printed to order — made just for you when you order it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing choice, or ordering errors. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

WE MAKE IT RIGHT, ALWAYS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it — no hassle, no return shipping required. Just email us at hello@moonwild.cc within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of you.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit or it never arrives, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
